After struggling for years with hormonal imbalances, infertility, anxiety, and extremely negative self-talk and having no luck with modern medicine, I set out on a mission to find ways to heal myself naturally. This is where I began my journey into alternative healing methods, focusing on the body as a whole. My passion is helping others tap into their bodies ' inner wisdom and educating them on alternative ways to heal. I take a whole-body approach to health, believing that we must look at the body as an ecosystem with every aspect, mind, body, energy, working together to function fully.

Now I teach women worldwide the power of healing old mindsets and releasing stuck energy, creating bodies that welcome babies and moms that take charge of their mental well-being.
