This week's FREE FLOW is all about Nourishing your mind, body, and spirit.
We are incredibly interconnected, and this understanding plays a crucial role in our overall well-being. Our thoughts greatly influence our bodily functions, and our perspectives on life shape our mindset.
If we genuinely wish to fuel our entire being with nourishing energy, love, and vitality, we must take care of the ENTIRE BEING, paying attention to each aspect of ourselves. And that's precisely what we will do today.
Today's approach involves three main steps:
Opening up the body so everything (energy, blood, oxygen) can flow smoothly: We'll start by engaging in gentle exercises and stretches that help release tension, improve circulation, and promote better energy flow throughout the body.
Setting our intentions by tapping on our meridian pathways and speaking into existence what we would like to happen during this time: Tapping on specific acupressure points, known as meridian pathways, can help unblock energy channels and align our intentions with positive outcomes.
Calming the nervous system and engaging in intentional movements that calm the mind, energize the body, and open our spirit: Through mindful practice of Qigong, we will work together to create a harmonious balance between the mind, body, and spirit, ultimately paving the way for a more resilient and vibrant self.
