I am an EFT practitioner and Qigong Instructor, passionate about subconscious reprogramming, energy release, and all things that empower individuals to take control of their lives.
In the past, I struggled with low self-esteem, negative self-talk, and the weight of my past programming, which left me feeling inadequate. I was burdened with anxiety, overthinking, and a complete disconnect with my own body.
After learning various tools, I started Mindfully Me to share my knowledge and help others. Over the years, I have worked with many clients who have found my techniques to be highly effective. They report feeling more grounded in their bodies, calmer, at peace, and more confident in their way of thinking.
